Appointment Policy
Your appointment is very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a notice from you as a courtesy to other clients appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the Beauty Lounge and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time so the next client’s treatment is not affected. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked. Alternatively, we will gladly reschedule you but we will have to 50% charge you for the missed service.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients canceling with less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved to continue booking services at our Beauty Lounge.
If you have booked your appointment with less than 24 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment you are required to cancel 6 hours before the service start time to avoid the late cancellation fee. Appointments booked with less than 3 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment are not subject to this policy. While there is no fee applied for these cancellations, you may be required to leave a credit card on file to book future appointments if this happens more than once.
No Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the Beauty Lounge to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. Please note that to cancel your appointments during our opened hours, we do require a phone call to do so. Clients who “no show” on more than three occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked unless they have a service package to cover the services.
TRY ANOTHER TECHNICIAN
We realize that you may need to change to a different technician based on a variety of reasons. Please feel free to ask us for a referral to another in-house technician. All of our technicians are very supportive of one another. We keep detailed records of your service history to customize your next service as per your preference.
Services
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our Beauty Lounge. We offer complimentary touch-up within 24 hours following your visit. Just remember to ensure your visit is registered and a photo of the service is uploaded in our system before you leave otherwise we will have no way of knowing. Products
We have a non-refundable policy for sold retail products/tools.
Pricing
All current prices are fixed and are non-negotiable.
All prices are subject to change based on the discretion of management and the annual variable increment.
Methods Of Payment
We do accept Cash and Card payments and Bank Transfers!
Gift Vouchers
Valid for 12 months. We keep a record of all gift vouchers, so do not worry if you have lost or misplaced yours. NO refunds will be given for purchased vouchers and they are NOT redeemable for cash.
Pre-paid Package/ Annual Memberships
Valid for 12 months. We keep a record of all membership cards, and prepaid packages so do not worry if you have lost or misplaced yours. Both cards are non-transferable and non-refundable. Discounts cannot be combined with any other packages or promotional offers in the same period.
Promotional Offers
Discounts are to be applied to each treatment individually. It cannot be combined with COMBO special prices or with any other packages or offers.
Gratuities
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Tips cannot be added to credit card charges. Gift vouchers do not include gratuities.
Home Service
Don’t have time to pass by? Don’t worry we can arrange for you to have your service in the comfort of your home. Please note that we do charge a little bit extra for home service depending on the location. Note: Transportation fee varies based on the location and to be paid fully by the client.
Cell Phones and Handheld Devices
As a courtesy to others, we request that Mobile Phones and other devices must be in silent mode in the treatment area. Please refrain from using a speakerphone, we ask for you to use headphones or text.
Health Conditions
You must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking your treatment with us as it may affect your treatment.
Child Safety Policy
Children are ONLY permitted in the Beauty Lounge area when the child is receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 6 may accompany you while you are having a service unless they are attended by an adult in the waiting area for safety reasons. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
